These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Flow Enterprises services and the rental of vehicles through our company. Please read these terms carefully before booking a rental. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or renting a vehicle from Flow Enterprises (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and meet our insurance requirements. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate and current.
3. Rental Agreement
Each rental is governed by a separate rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. The rental agreement includes specific details about the vehicle, rental period, rates, deposits, and any additional terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the rental agreement, the rental agreement shall prevail.
4. Payment
Rental fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and debit cards. Weekly rates are based on a seven-day period. Additional charges may apply for late returns, extra mileage (where applicable), fuel replacement, cleaning, or damage to the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must be operated in a safe and lawful manner. The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials. Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
6. Maintenance and Insurance
Routine maintenance is included for vehicles in our economy fleet. Insurance coverage is included as specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of the rental agreement.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee. Refunds for early returns are subject to the terms of your rental agreement.
8. Liability
Flow Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the rental. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your rental shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
